An additional shipping fees will be charged in countries outside the United States depends on order qty
We offer free shipping service within the 48 contiguous United States.
Processing Time(handling time)
We need 24-48 hours processing time (Monday-Friday).
As to retail order about 95% of all orders placed leave our warehouses the next day after the order is made (not including weekends & holidays). Any orders placed on a weekend, or placed on a holiday, will be received by the warehouse the following business day.
The carrier is UPS/USPS/FedEx etc.and we will offering shipping cost.
Delivery Time
It's our goal to make sure your order is processed quickly and efficiently.
For wholesale,it usually need 30-60days to delivery by sea;7-12 days by air
For retail,It usually needs 1-3 business days to delivery (except the handling time).However, due to our inability to control transportation, the arrival time will be different according to the actual situation.

Pre-Order Item Policy
If you purchase an item categorized as "Pre-Order" or an item that states in the description there is an expected ship date, this means the item is in production and will ship around the time frame given in the product description. If you order a pre-order item along with NON pre-order items, the NON pre-order items will ship according to current fulfillment time frames and may ship separately from the pre-ordered item.
Tips
For retail,preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-2 business days( handling time) and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".
All packages have specific tracking information(UPS, USPS or FedEx etc.).
